Built around how performance coaches already work.

Performance coaches rely on spreadsheets because they are fast, flexible, and familiar. We kept that foundation and added the training system around it.

Why keep the spreadsheet workflow?

Coaches already know how to move quickly through Excel and Google Sheets. The friction starts when a finished program has to be rebuilt in a delivery platform, split across athlete versions, or passed between coaches as another file.

Gridlines makes the spreadsheet workflow the product, not an import step. Write an RPE, percentage, or velocity target once. The app turns it into athlete-specific guidance and returns completed work in a form you can track over time. The same system handles lifting, sprinting, jumping, throwing, distance work, and autoregulation.

Around the builder we built the rest of the job: rosters and staff roles for organizations, messaging where the training lives, and a storefront so the coaches producing great programming can sell it directly through Stripe Connect.

One platform, three surfaces

The builder is where programs are written: in the browser or as a native desktop app, always the same programming workspace.

The app is where athletes train: today-first, set-by-set logging that flows back to the coach.

The web is where the business runs: your storefront, your team, your billing. You are reading it now.

Program at the level you coach at.
