The Gridlines mobile app is free. Athletes receive assigned programs, follow session guidance, log their work, and share training history with their coach. Their membership uses one of the organization's pooled seats.
Gridlines Pro is optional. For $2 per month or $20 per year, an athlete can add Apple Watch Access. Pro does not replace the seat provided through the coach's organization.
Only to money you make selling programs: one-off purchases and subscription renewals. Marketplace Free carries a 5% Gridlines platform fee. Marketplace at $10 per month or $100 per year, Team 50, Team 100, and Custom reduce it to 0%. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
Each organization plan includes a shared seat allowance for admins, coaches, and athletes. Billing shows how many seats are in use. When the organization is full, free a seat or choose a larger plan before another member joins.
Gridlines ships as an MCP connector: add it to Claude, or any assistant that supports MCP, and describe the training in conversation. Changes land in your real programs, attributed in Program History and undoable in the editor. You bring your own AI subscription.
Sales settle through Stripe Connect to your own bank account, paid out daily. Gridlines never holds your money.
