Communities on Gridlines are run by coaches, for the athletes training with them. A quick read before you jump in — these ground rules keep your coach's community useful for everyone training there.
Critique the training, not the athlete. Questions, form checks, and honest feedback about a session are what these spaces are for — personal shots at the person doing the work are not. Everyone in a community is somewhere on the same curve.
Training, results, and questions belong here. A community lives inside a coach's program for a reason: the people in it are running the same work. Off-topic noise buries the posts that help the next athlete.
Don't advertise, recruit, or drop links to your own products and services. That includes promoting other programs or coaching — this space belongs to the coach who runs it.
Each community is the coach's space, and the coach decides what crosses the line. They can remove posts and comments, and repeated or serious violations can cost you access to the community. Moderation decisions are theirs to make.
Flag it to your coach — moderation starts with them. By participating in a community you're agreeing to follow these guidelines; your coach may update the norms for their own space, and what's written here is the baseline that always applies.
