Managing your plan

In the app, the Plan tab is where you manage your programs as a whole. Today runs the current day. Plan decides what's running at all.

What's on the Plan tab

The Plan tab groups programs by state. ACTIVE leads with a card per running program. When nothing is running, a "No active program" card takes its place. Three more groups sit below ACTIVE:

  • AVAILABLE TO START — every program you hold that isn't running or paused, each with a Start row. The heading reads READY TO START when nothing is running.
  • PAUSED — one row per paused program, each offering Resume.
  • COACH — programs you author or collaborate on, each offering Test run. This group appears only if you can edit programs.

Your programs at the bottom opens your whole library. A search field covers RUNNING NOW, PAUSED, AVAILABLE TO START, and COMPLETED.

Starting a program

Tap Start on a program. Tap Run again on a program you finished. The app asks one thing before the calendar fills in:

  • Templates ask for your training days. These are the days of the week your sessions land on.
  • Subscriptions ask which week you want to start on.

From then on the program appears day by day on Today.

Managing a running program

Open a running program's ··· menu:

  • Edit training days — move your sessions to different days without losing your place.
  • Pause program — keeps your place. Resume any time. Paused programs sit in their own section on Plan.
  • End program — the app confirms what this means. The program comes off Today and moves to Completed. Your logged sessions stay in Activity. Ending a run never deletes your history.
  • Manage subscription — for subscription runs, jumps to where you manage billing.

Missed sessions

Miss a day, and you can mark the session missed from Today. Miss several, and a missed-sessions tray appears. Opening the tray gives you exactly two choices:

  • Move into this week — the app pulls the missed sessions forward. You pick up where you left off.
  • Skip them — the plan stays where it is. You carry on from today.

The sheet is explicit: the plan is unchanged either way. A rest week is a fine answer too. There's no per-session triage. You make one decision, then get back to training.

Reading the programming ahead

You can read a program you own end to end without starting anything. The program overview covers "WHAT THIS BUILDS", "TRAINING BLOCKS", and "WEEK STRUCTURE". From there, open a week for its detail. Then open a session. Start the session if it's today's work. This is the place to understand the shape of a block before you're inside it.

Subscriptions on Today

A program you subscribe to shows a "Subscribed" chip and a "New week every Monday"-style line. Content arrives on the coach's schedule rather than all at once. If the subscription ends, the row offers Renew subscription. You manage billing wherever you bought the program. See Finding and buying programs.
