Training a program
The mobile app is where training actually happens. Perhaps you joined a team by invite, or you bought a program from a coach. The app is the same either way. Your program waits for you, session by session. Your job is to show up and log the work.
- Sign in with your account
Use the email you signed up with, or the email that received your invite. Your program belongs to your account, not your device. On a new phone, sign in again.
- Open your program
Your current program is front and center. It keeps the structure your coach wrote: weeks, days, and the session for today.
- Run the session and log it
Work through the session. Log what you actually did: the weights, the reps, and how it went. What you log builds your history.
Why logging matters
Logged sessions become your training history: what you lifted, when, and how it trended. If you're on a coach's roster, your coach sees that history too. That visibility lets them adjust the next block to what actually happened, not to the plan.
Subscriptions and access
Program access follows your account automatically. A purchased program, a subscription, or a team spot appears on its own. Manage or cancel a paid subscription in the place that bills it. Manage web purchases on the web. Manage App Store purchases in the App Store. See Managing your subscription.
