Listing on the marketplace
Open a program from Programs in your web dashboard. Its page carries a Marketplace listing section: the controls for how the program appears to buyers on the marketplace. Public address, Presentation, and Pricing sit below it. Listing controls are admin-only. An org coach builds and distributes programs but doesn't list or price them.
The builder mirrors the same listing on a program's Listing tab. You can write the presentation and publish from either surface. The one thing the builder doesn't do is pricing. It shows the price read-only, with a Manage price button that sends you back here.
Two switches, not one
A program carries two separate lifecycles. Conflating them is the most common listing confusion:
- Program status — Draft / Published / Archived. This is internal availability: whether the program is ready to assign and use.
- Listing visibility — Listing off / Listing draft / Listing published. This is whether buyers can see and buy it on the marketplace.
The Marketplace listing section reads them out as two rows, Program and Listing. That shows which one blocks you. A program can be Published for your own athletes with its listing off. It can also have a drafted listing long before you flip it live. Taking a listing down doesn't archive the program. Publishing the program doesn't list it.
The two axes meet in one place: a listing can't go live while the program is still a Draft. Publish the program first. Then publish its listing. Until you publish the program, the listing's Publish button stays disabled. You can prepare everything else about the listing while the program is still a draft: presentation, cover, and public address.

Three things before Publish
Publishing a listing is the moment your program becomes something a stranger can buy. The dashboard checks that a buyer can actually buy it. The Publish button stays disabled until three things are true:
- The program is Published — not a Draft.
- Payouts are connected — Stripe verification is complete, so the money has somewhere to go. See Getting paid.
- The program has a price — you set one in the Pricing section further down the same page.
The dashboard checks them in that order and shows you one missing item at a time. Each missing item comes with a button that fixes it in place: Publish program, Connect Stripe, or Set price. Everything up to that point needs none of them: writing, presentation, cover, and public address.

Taking a listing down is never blocked. One of these can lapse later: the program goes back to Draft, a price gets archived, or Stripe needs re-verification. The section then says so plainly, and Take down still works.
Building the listing
- Write the presentation
Fill in the Presentation fields. Click Save changes. This is what buyers see: a cover image (up to 5 MB) and a one-line pitch for your page's program card. The fields also include a tagline, a description, and an optional YouTube or Vimeo link. These fields can differ from the program's internal name and description. Sell the outcome, not your filing convention.
Saving creates the listing in draft if it doesn't exist yet. Nothing is public until you publish it.
- Set the public address
Under Public address, edit the slug that identifies the listing. Copy puts the program's working link on your clipboard. Short
/p/addresses aren't live yet, so Copy is what you share. - Publish
Publish listing flips the listing live on the marketplace, once the program itself is Published. Take down pulls it back off. Existing buyers keep their access. New buyers can't find it. While it's live, View public page shows the listing as buyers see it.

Pricing
The Pricing section sits directly below Presentation on the same page. Update price opens an amount field. Apply saves it. Prices set here are one-time purchases. See Publishing & pricing a program. Athletes who already bought keep their access at the price they paid. Only new sales pay the new price.
