Skills
A skill is a saved instruction for the Agent. Write a procedure you repeat — "build a 4-week block for an athlete", "review a team's week" — once, with blanks for the parts that change. Then run it from the composer and fill the blanks.
Creating a skill
- Open Skills
In the sidebar's AGENT group, click Skills. Then click New skill.
- Name and describe it
Enter a Name. The Description shows under the name in the composer's Skills menu.
- Add inputs
Click Add input for each part that changes between runs. Give each input a Label and a Kind: Text, Number, Athlete, Team, or Date. Mark it Required if the skill can't run without it.
- Write the instructions
In What the Agent should do, write the procedure. Put each input in braces where it belongs, such as
Build a 4-week block for {athlete}. - Share it, or keep it
Turn on Share with organization to let every coach in your organization run it. Leave it off to keep it to yourself. Click Create skill.
Running a skill
- Pick the skill
In the Agent composer, open the Skills menu. It lists Yours and Organization. Click a skill.
- Fill the inputs
If the skill has inputs, a dialog asks for them. The Athlete and Team inputs pick from your roster. Click Write draft.
- Send it
The skill's instructions land in the composer as a draft. Read it, edit it if you need to, and send it.
Who can change a skill
- Your own skills — you can edit, share, unshare, and archive them.
- Shared skills — the owner and org admins can edit and archive them. Everyone else can open and run them, but not change them. Only the owner can change who a skill is shared with.
Edits to a shared skill reach every coach in your organization.
