Publishing & pricing a program

Writing a program and selling it are two separate acts. You write in the builder. You publish and price from Programs in your web dashboard. The builder mirrors the listing on its own Listing tab. It is the same listing on either surface, but you set the price on the web. You can assign a program to your own athletes and never list it for sale. Listing is a choice per program.

1. Finish the program in the builder

   Buyers get the program as-is when they purchase. Get the training right first. See Building your first program.

2. Open it in Programs on the web

   Every program you build appears in Programs. Open one to manage its listing, presentation, and price.

3. Set the presentation

   The pitch, description, and cover image are what a buyer sees before they own it. This is the sales page. Write it for someone deciding, not someone already convinced.

4. Price it and publish

   In Pricing, set the price:

   1. Click Update price.
   2. Enter an amount.
   3. Click Apply.

   That's the whole decision. There's no choice here between a one-time price and a recurring one. A price you set on a program is a one-time purchase. The recurring offer you can sell is all-access, which covers your whole library rather than one program.

   Then publish the listing. Three things must be true before Publish works:

   • The program is published.
   • Payouts are connected.
   • The price is set.

   The button tells you which one is missing. You can take a listing down or change its price later without touching the program itself.

A program's format is Template or Subscription. That is a different question. The format is fixed when you create the program, not chosen here. It decides how athletes receive the training, not how they pay. See Templates and subscriptions.

After it's live

Copy the program's public link from its page. Share it anywhere. That link is how buyers reach you.

Your cut is the same whatever the channel. The fee depends on your plan, not the link. The link decides attribution: which channel gets credit for the sale. Read Share links & attribution before you share it widely.
