Your purchases

Subscriptions in your web account is the record of every program you bought. It lists one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions alike. Each row shows the program's name, its status, the relevant dates, and what you're paying. It's the answer to "what am I paying for, and when does it renew?" in one place.

Reading a row

The status tells you where things stand:

  • Active — you have access. One-time purchases stay here indefinitely, with "Purchased" and the date. Subscriptions show when they next renew. If you scheduled a cancellation, the row shows "Cancels" and the end date.
  • Trial — you're in a trial period the coach offered. Billing starts when the trial ends.
  • Past due — a renewal payment failed. Update your payment method to keep access.
  • Canceled — the subscription ended. There are no further charges.
  • Expired — your access lapsed.
  • Paused — billing and access are on hold.

The amount column shows what each purchase costs. Subscriptions show a monthly price. One-time purchases show the one-time price. "Free" means a coach gave you access at no charge.

Why there's no cancel button here

This page is deliberately a record, not a control panel. Changes — cancelling, updating a card, switching plans — happen wherever the payment itself lives. Only the party that took your payment can change it:

  • Bought on the web → it's a Stripe payment. You manage it through Stripe's billing surfaces. Managing your subscription walks through it.
  • Bought in the mobile app → it went through the App Store. Apple's subscription settings are the only place to change it. Your account page points you there rather than showing controls that can't work.

What about the training itself?

Purchases live here. The programs themselves live in the mobile app's Plan tab, where you actually train. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. You keep access through the period you already paid for. A one-time purchase never expires — "Buy once — lifetime access." means exactly that.

If a charge looks wrong or a purchase is missing, email support. Include the email on your account and roughly when the charge happened.
