Finding and buying programs
Buying happens on the web. A coach shares a program link with you, or you open their storefront and choose a program there. After you buy, the program appears in the app on the Plan tab.
Finding a program
The app has no browse surface. You find and buy programs on the web, in one of two ways:
- A program link — a coach shares a direct link to one program's page.
- A coach's storefront — their public page, with their bio and their program list. When the coach offers "The subscription", it covers every program from them, new releases included. You can cancel anytime.
A program's page tells you what you're buying before any price appears: "What this builds", and how the subscription works when it is one. "What you need" is an equipment check against what you told the app you have. "You have everything this program needs" means exactly that.
Buy once or subscribe
There are two ways to pay. The purchase sheet spells out the terms:
- Buy — one-time. The charge bills once to your Apple account. There is no renewal and no expiry. The program is yours to run and re-run.
- Subscribe — a monthly price that renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period. Logged sessions stay yours even if you cancel.
Purchases in the app go through Apple, and the charge lands on your Apple account. You manage Apple-billed subscriptions through the App Store, not inside the program.
- Confirm the purchase
Tap Get this program or Subscribe. Confirm with Apple.
- Set it up, or don't yet
Right after purchase, the app offers to set your training days. For subscriptions, it asks you to choose your start week instead. If you are not ready, choose "Later, from the Plan tab". The program waits under Ready to start, or under Available to start if you already have a program running.
What cancelling means
Cancelling an Apple-billed subscription happens in the App Store. Open Profile (your avatar in the Today header). Tap Manage subscriptions to open the Apple sheet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep access until then. Your logged sessions stay in Activity permanently. Cancelling stops future weeks, not your history.
Web purchases
After you buy on the web, the program appears on your Plan tab under the same account. There is nothing to transfer. You manage billing for web purchases on the website, not in the App Store. See Managing your subscription.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases on Profile after a new phone, a reinstall, or when a purchase does not show. It re-checks your Apple account and reattaches anything you bought. Signing in with the same account brings web purchases along automatically.
