Selling

All-access

All-access is one monthly subscription that unlocks everything you sell. A subscriber pays a single recurring price instead of buying programs one at a time. They get your whole live library, including programs you publish later. All-access has a page of its own under Storefront. It's entirely optional. Plenty of coaches sell programs individually and never turn it on.

  1. Set your monthly price

Before you turn it on, the page shows what subscribers get and what your library costs bought separately. It also shows the fee per sale at both rates: with a plan and without. Enter a monthly price. Click Turn on all-access. It goes live the moment you click. There's no separate publish step, and all-access can't be free.

  2. It appears on your page

Once live, all-access appears alongside your individual programs. The page changes to match. A subscriber line sits under the title, above the offer, the availability controls, and the included library. It reads "No subscribers yet" until someone joins, then shows the count.

Changing the price

You can change the price whenever you like. The new price applies only to new subscribers. Everyone already subscribed keeps the price they joined at, for as long as they stay subscribed. That's deliberate. Early supporters are never punished for a price increase. You can raise prices as your library grows without churning the people who bet on you first.

Pause vs. turn off

These are two different levers for two different situations:

  • Pause — closes the door to new subscribers. It hides all-access from your page and the marketplace. Current subscribers keep billing and keep their access, completely unaffected. Use it when you want to cap the group for a while. Resume reopens it, with no conditions.
  • Turn off — ends the offer. No new subscribers can join. It sits behind a two-step confirmation because it's the bigger move. Existing subscribers keep their access until they cancel on their own. Turning it off never removes access from someone who's paying.

What subscribers actually get

Subscribers get access to every live program in your library, for as long as they stay subscribed. Draft and unpublished programs aren't included until you publish them. When you publish one, subscribers get it automatically. That's a good reason to mention new releases to your audience.

The page's library panel lists everything currently included, what each program costs bought separately, and that total. The total is useful as a sanity check on your price and as sales copy for all-access.

Payouts work the same as individual sales. Your share of each billing cycle lands in your connected account. See Getting paid. The platform fee depends on your plan, just like program sales. It's 0% with an active organization plan and 5% without. See Share links & attribution.
